Do I need to get a Master's Degree?
Yes, art therapy requires a master degree.


Where in NC can I get a Masters in Art Therapy?
Appalachian State has an Expressive Arts Therapy program.
Unfortunately, there are no local Graduate programs in Art therapy, but
there are a few long distance programs (Pratt  and Saint Mary-of-the-Woods are two of these) where people do their internships locally, and have summer intensives and week long courses in different states. check the American Art Therapy Association Website for more information.
